A few good questions.
Do I have to change my business number?
No. You keep your business number and forward selected calls to your Van Ring line. The forwarding options depend on your carrier and phone plan.
Does it book jobs or quote prices?
Van Ring captures the request and callback details for your follow-up. It does not promise an appointment, a price, or that someone is on the way.
Does signing up switch my calls over?
No. Signup does not activate forwarding. Your Van Ring line must be ready first. Then you follow your carrier’s instructions and make a test call from another phone before relying on it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Unless you cancel first, your subscription renews at $99 per month after the seven-day trial. Each paid month includes 300 answered-call minutes; extra minutes are $0.20 each.
How do I cancel?
Use “Manage or cancel billing” from your secure confirmation link to open the billing page, then continue to Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
